Feels like Home
L. shares her apartment…

with her mischievous little Maltese!

a lovable chaos machine with a…

surprising influence on spatial use!

What begins as a carefully structured interior, rooted in openness, light, and clarity, evolves into a lived-in environment shaped by daily rituals, personal rhythms, and quiet thresholds.
The plan is deliberately divided into two distinct zones: a shared, open living area and a more private suite of rooms that offer retreat and stillness.
The master bedroom, generous in scale, includes an ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space, allowing L. to store and display her clothes and accessories with ease.
It’s a calm, personal space that supports both function and delight.

Just beside it, a smaller second bedroom is positioned in a more secluded corner of the apartment, with no visual or spatial attachment to the open-plan living area. Used primarily as a study, it offers a peaceful work environment—quiet, focused, and comfortably detached from the social life of the home.

The little Maltese navigates thresholds, appropriates corners, and leaves subtle
— sometimes not-so-subtle —
traces throughout the apartment!

But really, is it even a HOME without your dog?
